Russ gave us a brief to upgrade his family home on the North Shore. We gave his home a thorough inspection and assessed every feature which required updating to ensure the maximum potential was achieved and to increase the liveability for his family. The 70s home was outdated and needed a spruce up, so the Reno Builders team got to work on replacing wall linings, ceilings, exterior cladding, indoor features such as the kitchen and bathroom, and much more. We want to congratulate Russ for taking such a big and valuable step in securing the longevity of their home, the results look great!

Hayden Searle was among half a dozen builders we contacted in relation to renovations at 74 Queen St, Northcote. The house we built there in 1978 was looking out of date, tired and in need of some attention. After visiting the site and reviewing our brief mission statement, Hayden put together a program of repair and renovation, priced the project and provided concise descriptions of the work involved. The work was extensive requiring new kitchen, bathrooms, replacement of every door and window, roof repairs, rewiring, painting inside and out and a good quantity of general repair work. Hayden was a fairly easy choice to make given the quality of the pre contract effort they made to assess the project. Weekly updates were provided with set payments on an agreed contract price and scope of work. Any additional or contingent items were discussed and agreed as the work proceeded. Good effort was made to condense the time taken to complete the project. In terms of renovating and modernizing our home the final product exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending Hayden and his team for similar work.
